This is laminate flooring with blueprints all over it! My wife immediately shut it down.

I agree with CB. Have the blue prints for your house printed on the floors or schematics for your entire car or something you can relate to makes sense.

Otherwise, it looks like table cloth that is made to look like news paper.

This would work for a bathroom, maybe as the wallpaper too. You need something to look at while you’re sitting there.
